Chairman It gives me immense joy to address you as the Chairman of Elements of Cinema. My journey in films has been one of learning, passion, and deep respect for the power of storytelling. Having started my innings in cinema as an associate with the eminent director Rajeevnath, I was fortunate to be nurtured in an environment that valued both artistic integrity and human connection. Over the years, I have had the privilege of directing films such as Paavada, Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus, Achayans, Maharani, and Johny Johny Yes Appa. Each of these films has been a step in my exploration of cinema-not just as entertainment, but as a medium that reflects society, celebrates culture, and bridges hearts. As Chairman, I envision Elements of Cinema as a platform that nurtures creativity, inspires new voices, and provides aspiring filmmakers and cinephiles with the tools to understand and practice the craft. Placement Head It is my privilege to address you as the Placement Head of Elements of Cinema. Having been part of the Malayalam film industry for nearly two decades, my journey has been one of dedication, learning, and collaboration. I began my career in 2004 as a production executive and, over the years, grew into the role of a production controller. This journey has given me the opportunity to be associated with several acclaimed and commercially successful Malayalam films. Working closely with directors, producers, artists, and technicians, I have gained invaluable insights into the functioning of the film industry-its creative challenges, its logistical demands, and above all, its spirit of teamwork. In my role as Placement Head, I wish to bridge the gap between aspiring talents and the professional world of cinema. My vision is to guide our students and participants towards meaningful opportunities in the industry, preparing them not only with skills but also with the right attitude and work ethic that cinema demands. Elements of Cinema is a platform that celebrates creativity, but it is also a pathway to careers. By connecting passion with profession, we ensure that our learners find their place in the industry and contribute to its future with confidence.
